British Superbike Rider Karl Harris Dies in Isle Of Man TT Crash

Harris Was A Three-Time British Supersport Champion

He Made His TT Debut In 2012 And Finished 21st

Three-time British Supersport champion and British Superbike rider Karl Harris has died following a crash at the Isle of Man TT races. Harris was competing in the Superbike race when he crashed at the 27th Milestone on the opening lap of the race. Medics attended the scene immediately, but sadly Harris was pronounced dead at the scene. A verdict of misadventure has been recorded.

Harris, who was 34, made his TT debut in 2012 and finished 21st in the Superbike race. He went on to compete in the TT every year since then, and his best result was a sixth-place finish in the Superbike race in 2017. Harris was a popular figure in the paddock and was known for his friendly and approachable manner. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
