Smile 2 is an upcoming American psychological supernatural horror film written and directed by Parker Finn.

Paramount has unveiled the first trailer for Smile 2 - the follow-up to the 2022 breakout horror hit. Director Parker Finn's follow-up to his surprise 2022 horror hit is set to debut theatrically on October 13th. The first film enjoyed a worldwide gross of $217.4 million and remained at the top of the box office for several weeks.
